PAYMENT & DELIVERY
All payments are to be made via Paypal under a secure server. No personal information is disclosed to Catherine Metcalf. Any disputes with payment should be taken up withPaypal in the first instance. Delivery of orders will not take place until full payment has been received by Catherine Metcalf. Once payments have been cleared and funds received by Catherine Metcalf the order will be dispatched within 7 working days. Any delay with the order for any reason will be notified via email. All prints are made to order and not produced in advance, Catherine Needs the time to make the print and dispatch it and fit the order into her busy schedule. Postage is based on delivery in UK mainland only. Any overseas postage will be subject to negociation.
All prints are of the highest quality and are made with the best Artist Quality materials. The Geclée Inks she uses are Light Fast are specially made by Epson. See the Epson Web site for more details. The paper used is Acid Free Somerset Watercolour Paper and the mounting board is Acid Free Snowden White Mount board. Any damage caused via the delivery of the goods is covered by the courier. Any goods damaged in transit should be returned immediately and Catherine will endeavour to replace them as soon as possible.
STORAGE
Prints should be hung in a room with normal atmospheric conditions away from direct sunlight. It is recommended not to hang any works of art above heat sources or in direct sunlight, as to do so may accelerate the pigment binding deterioration and the normal ageing associated with works of art.
